If you experience an issue with your appliance, just go to the Appliances section on the Home Connect app and select Customer Services. There, you can connect directly to a customer service agent and they can assist you further over the phone.
If your Home Connect appliance is compatible, the service agent will be able to access your appliance remotely to perform remote diagnostics which can possibly identify the source of the issue.
Your consent enables a trained Home Connect service engineer to access your home appliance. You can give your consent via the Home Connect app or on the appliance. The service engineer can then check all functions and error messages.
