With Home Connect smart home app and the Intelligent Program, you have the power to enhance your dishwasher for optimal cleaning results.
Let your dishwasher find your perfect Intelligent Program tailored to your feedback. Use the Intelligent Program’s feedback function which is integrated into the Home Connect app to share how satisfied you are with the program duration, cleanliness, or dryness of your dishes.
Your smart dishwasher then adapts to your feedback to meet your needs. You can also see how much water and energy your dishwasher uses for each wash, letting you make the most of your appliance.
Go to your dishwasher settings in the Appliance section and select “Intelligent Program” which you’ll find under “Recommended”. You’ll get a short introduction on how the function works, just tap “Close” once you have read all the information.
Next, start your dishwasher and let your program run. You’ll receive a push notification once the dishwasher is finished. Via the push notification, you’ll be directed to the feedback section. Take your time to inspect your freshly washed dishes and use the feedback section to rate how satisfied you are with the cleanliness, dryness, and runtime.
When you’ve finished with your feedback press “Submit” and the Home Connect app will recommend a new program based on your feedback. Once you’ve received your recommended program tap “Apply” to save it for your next wash cycle.
You can provide feedback to the Intelligent Program after every third cycle until you’re completely satisfied with your dishwasher results or add your feedback manually at any time.
