Introducing the Stain Assistant
The Stain Assistant is your handy helper for getting rid of tricky marks. If you have a stain, simply tell the Stain Assistant and it will recommend the right way to make it disappear. To use the Stain Assistant, click here or go to Home Connect's Assist section. Click on the Stain Assistant then type in what kind of stain you have. Next the Stain Assistant will ask further questions about the material and any other necessary details. With this information it can tell you exactly what kind of detergents you need, along with the right temperature to wash at. Follow the instructions, then pop your clothes in the machine and say goodbye to unwanted marks! Like magic, with a few more soap suds. The Stain Assistant can also help with other tips and tricks like pre-washing too.
Easy Start
If you need your assistant to consistently pick the right program for wash loads, look no further than Easy Start. Whether you’re washing t-shirts, baby clothes, delicate wools or sweaters, Easy Start will always pick the right washing settings on your device. Breaking down categories including color, material characteristics and how dirty clothes are, Easy Start means you can take a load off your mind when thinking about washing. A drying, washing superteam
Our final assistant is a double act. With both your washer and dryer connected to Home Connect, they can communicate and automatically prepare the right program to dry your clothes straight after a wash.* Neat huh? Select either Smart Dry (Bosch) or intelligentDry (Siemens) on your drying machine and after the cycle is done the machine will send all relevant data to the dryer automatically. The dryer then proposes the perfect program for your washing and hey presto, soon you’ll have some beautifully clean (and dry) clothes ready to wear. Plus, the program time will be more accurate as the machine knows how much residual moisture has been in the washing machine.
